A link back to my site is required on any and all pages that contain my graphics. Each set comes with a matching link-back logo. Please link it to: http://danreidesignz.netfirms.com. The linking image MUSTbe in a visible location on each page that you use my graphics.

If you are a web designer and would like to use my graphics on a client site whether it be a personal, non-profit or commercial site you MUST purchase a license. Placing my graphics on a site without purchasing a license is considered UNAUTHORIZED redistribution and commercial use. Please contact me for licensing options.

Please download images to your own hard drive. Linking directly to my graphics is considered bandwidth theft and is illegal. Not to mention, if I remove them from my server, which I do quite often, they will not show up on your site anymore.

You may not alter my graphics in any way with the exception of adding text to blank text buttons. Altering would consist of resizing, cropping, changing the color, or changing the appearance of my images in any way.

My graphics may NOT be used in any online collections, CD ROM collections, sold or redistributed in any way.

Please contact me if you use my graphics on your site so I may view your site and confirm that my images are being used in accordance with my terms of service. I also like to see the pages that use my graphics, and if you would like, i will put a link to your site on the respective set's page that you've used so people can see what others have done.

As the copyright holder and creator, I reserve the right to deny permission should the site violate any of the above terms.

Failure to abide by these terms of service can result in the loss of internet access and/or the loss of your website completely. Also, civil action could be brought against you for copyright infringement.

It is with great disappointment that I write these terms of service but due to the rampant theft of bandwidth, original art work and graphics over the Internet I feel it necessary to protect myself and my creations by any means possible.
